Trio of Subaru Models Receive AutoPacific 2015 Ideal Vehicle Awards

2015 Subaru Forester

After investing in a new vehicle, the last thing you want is to be wishing that you could make changes to its performance, ergonomics or features. According to AutoPacific, that is unlikely to be the case with the 2015 Subaru Forester, Legacy and Outback, which were honored in their respective segments in the auto-research firm’s 2015 Ideal Vehicle Awards (IVAs).

To determine its IVAs, AutoPacific surveyed more than 66,000 new-vehicle owners after they had been with their ride for 90 days, retrieving feedback in 15 categories ranging from ride and handling to driver’s seat comfort and safety features. The winners were the vehicles whose owners wished for the least amount of change across all survey categories, with the Subaru Forester, Legacy and Outback topping the Mid-Size Crossover SUV, Premium Mid-Size Car and Premium Mid-Size Crossover SUV segments, respectively.

Both the Subaru Legacy and Outback benefited from their 2015-model-year redesigns in AutoPacific’s owner surveys. The 2015 Legacy and Outback received bolder exterior styling, more interior space and boosts to their already stellar reputations for safety with newly available Blind Spot Detection, Lane Change Assist and Rear Cross Traffic Alert.

As for the Subaru Forester? It was fully redesigned for the 2014 model year, winning Motor Trend’s SUV of the Year award and becoming Subaru’s best-selling vehicle. Sales of the Forester continue to rise in 2015, so needless to say, it’s been a popular choice with critics and buyers alike.

Regardless of the Subaru model that you choose, you can rest easy knowing that you won’t come down with a case of buyer’s remorse. Let our Massachusetts Subaru dealership find the most satisfying Subaru vehicle for your needs!
